Lincoln has been in business for a over a hundred years. They make very good welders, right here in the USA.
As a bonus, they are a very thoughtful company. They never layoff employees. When their orders go down everyone in the company shares the sacrifice together. What this means is that they have very happy employees. Happy employees build w/ more carefulness. When there is not enough work, they use employees to figure out out the production lines can be better and how the welders can be built better.
This keeps the employees engaged, which is a good thing!
I don’t work for them but I’m a big fan of theirs because they show that it’s possible to build high quality products right here in the USA.
