clarke welder not feeding wire?
hi i got a clarke 130en wire welder the wire keeps kinking and not feeding welds great and then stops what should i do any help
i’d check the tip, first . see if ther is any slag on it. they make a dip that works great for keeping your tip and nozzle clean. although silicone spray is better. if thats not it check your liner for kinks or the keeper on your roler system. it could be to loose.you dont want to over tighten it .unless you have bigger wire than your liner can handle, thats about all that can be wrong with it. check your wire speed too. if your heat is high and your wire speed is too low, it will back up into your tip. buy a miller!!! for migs, you can’t beat em’ .
