3ply Micro 316L stainless steel filter mesh – Join? Weld? Laser?
I'm doing an accuracy of 316 cylindrical mesh filters 3ply tissue. Today, with plenty of time for determining the profile of laser and laser quaterizing meshing and merging each end wire. Production offshore, and laser welding section of the motherboard. takes time. Use plenty of support for all gaps and holes along seams joined. What is the best way to get micro filter material ……. fine welding rods? solder? Approximately 3 "x 2" x 1 ".
I know who have worked 316L stainless steel and most of the time have been welded by ultrasound. They were quite large number of short game, but for the pharmaceutical industry.
